Herb and Balsamic Mayo Burgers

Herb and Balsamic Burgers


  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 4 tbs herbs de Provence
  • 1 tbs ground black pepper
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 6 tbs mayo
  • 2 tbs balsamic glaze
  • Brioche or French bread buns


  • 4 Slices of Asiago cheese
  • Mixed field greens
  • Sweet onion thin sliced


  1. Mix the ground beef with the herbs de Provence, salt and black pepper. Form into four patties and set aside. Cook either in a frying pan with some olive oil, on a grill or how every you like to make a burger.
  2. While burgers cook mix the mayo and balsamic together. Taste and add salt, pepper, and more balsamic glaze as needed. The amount may vary depending on the brands used.
  3. Assemble the Burgers
  4. Put generous slathers of balsamic mayo on the buns, place hot burgers on top add the asiago cheese, mixed field greens and some thin sliced onion. Enjoy!
