Mix all cheeses in a food processor. Remove the individual garlic cloves from the skin. Add the beer, garlic cloves, Worcestershire, and paprika to the mixer. Mix until smooth.
Serve with crostini (rye or pumpernickel bread would be great) and veggies as an appetizer or use a spread on sandwiches and burgers.
