Dice the onion, celery and parsley before adding them to the salad. Give it all a stir and serve immediately or let it marinate in the fridge until you are ready to enjoy. Serve cold or room temperature, if you let it sit be sure and give it a good stir and check your flavors see if you need to add any salt, pepper or lemon juice.
